AFMDA’s fundraising dinner required transforming Porto Vita into a branded event environment. Setup began at 8:00 AM with strike scheduled the same night by 11:00 PM. The production included compact rigging, staging, distributed audio, LED video walls, and live broadcast support — all within tight venue access and turnaround restrictions.
LED content and scenic branding aligned with AFMDA’s identity. Lighting highlighted scenic features, while truss and staging were concealed for a clean presentation.
PSID’s continued collaboration with AFMDA spans multiple years and venues. Structured processes and consistent support reflect a commitment to the organization’s mission and fundraising success.
The dinner was delivered on schedule and without incident. AFMDA commended PSID for precision, reliability, and the ability to execute seamlessly under strict time constraints.
