Plutarco: A Journey of Passion and Purpose
Born in La Gran Sabana, Venezuela, Plutarco grew up surrounded by breathtaking natural wonders, including the world’s tallest waterfall. But it was during his teenage vacations in Miami, helping his uncle set up events, that he discovered his true calling. At just 17, Plutarco moved to Miami and dove headfirst into the entertainment industry. With the guidance of exceptional mentors, he honed his skills and built a strong foundation in event production. He quickly became sought after for his expertise in event lighting design, logistics, and labor management, working with top companies across the country.
When Plutarco and his wife welcomed their twin girls, he was just 21 years old. With faith and determination, he founded PSID Group, naming it after his family. His vision was to create a comprehensive event production services partner that would simplify the process for event designers and planners, providing them with a one-stop solution to avoid dealing with multiple vendors. Today, PSID Group is one of the leading event production companies in Florida, offering a wide range of services at a high level, competing with the biggest companies in the state.
